Morning Worship

We meet together as a family of God’s people in Cregagh Presbyterian Church at 11am.

Over the years Cregagh has developed a very distinctive style of corporate worship with an emphasis on good Choral Music. We are thankful to God for the choir of almost 30 which leads us in praise to God each Sunday.

Normally the choir is robed and processes in to the church building each week during the opening hymn and recesses after the Benediction when we sing a closing hymn.

The minister leads the worship along with other individuals taking part through prayers, Bible readings and sometimes children’s talks.

The Service follows a fairly traditional format of prayers, hymns, Bible readings, Choir Anthem, children’s talk and the Sermon. It normally lasts about one hour.

On the first Sunday of each month tea/coffee are served after morning worship in the Allen Hall.
